Unranked to #3 for “Bay Area general contractors” in under 90 days
Bay Area General Contractors Inc. is a full-service remodeler serving Contra Costa and the greater Bay Area — kitchens, baths, flooring, and full-home renovations, built on integrity, value, and transparent client partnerships.
Great work. Nobody could find it.
Like most of the contractors we work with, Bay Area General Contractors had the reputation, the crews, and the craftsmanship. What they didn't have was a system turning that into online visibility and booked jobs.
Where they started
- Website with no real SEO foundation — invisible in local search
- Underused social channels that didn't show project quality
- Competing in one of the most crowded remodeling markets in the country
- Needed to be positioned as a top contractor both online and locally

What we did. An SEO campaign targeting competitive, high-intent terms — “Bay Area general contractors,” “floor installation contractors,” “home remodeling Bay Area” — with improved metadata, internal link structure, enhanced service pages, and local schema markup.
What happened. In weeks the site climbed from unranked to #3 for “Bay Area general contractors” (a 97-position gain), top 15 for flooring terms, and top 40 for broader remodeling phrases — generating 39,000+ impressions and 64 organic clicks in under three months with momentum still building.
Craftsmanship, geo-tagged
What we did. A visual strategy across Facebook and Instagram: real renovation projects, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes work in flooring, general contracting, and full remodels.
What happened. Increased profile visibility, engagement, and local trust that reinforced the messaging homeowners found in search.
